■Important information for making a reservation

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

No-show/No-call cancellation – 100% of room price
Day before and day of arrival – 100% of room price
Three days before reservation – 80% of room price
Seven days before reservation – 50% of room price
14 days before reservation – 30% of room price

* Cancellation policy may change depending on the season
* We apologize for the inconvenience but as a general rule we do not accept children between the ages of 0 through elementary school. (Children from the ages of middle school and up is the same price for adults.)
*For guests coming overseas, a reservation confirmation e-mail will be sent. Please be sure to check your reservation confirmation.
