The “Kaiza Villa” is a higher grade, completely separated villa, with the continued concept of a “simple yet luxury time”.
In the Kaiza Villas you can enjoy a private and unique ambience different from the Main Kaiza, while enjoying the view of the Sachibaru ocean.

Living Room

From the big window in the living room, you can see the sugarcane fields and the Sachibaru Sea.

The flooring is made out of pure Japanese red cedar from Yakushima.

Lounge around the floor while reading or enjoy sunbathing on the terrace balcony, please relax and enjoy as you please.


Dining and Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with cookware and utensils along with Okinawan tableware.

You can buy fresh from the nearby Oujima or local vegetables and cook however and whenever you please.

Enjoy blissful moments by admiring the ocean scenery while cooking or enjoy some sake in the dining and kitchen area.



The bedroom has two semi-double beds.

Futons can be prepared for guest with 3-4 people.

The bed has memory foam mattress that is made out of 100% natural material.

You will be able to sleep well surrounded by southern Okinawa nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.



You can view the sugarcane fields and the Chisabaru ocean while bathing.

Enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and night sceneries of the Sachibaru sea.


Inner Garden


The massive doors for the Kaiza Villas, which were specially made by a skillful artisan, welcomes you to an entry hall with a large side window of the inner garden.
